We can help you obtain your Certificate of Eligibility to buy or refinance a home in GA or AL using the ACE (Automated Certificate of Eligibility) system or you can send for it directly via regular mail or overnight delivery service.
The ACE system is an internet-based application that allows VA authorized lenders to issue a Certificate of Eligibility in a matter of seconds. ACE does not allow all cases to be processed, just those for which VA has sufficient data in their records.
Here is the Eligibility Center information directly from the Veterans Administration website if you prefer to send for your Certificate through the mail. Please call them to verify current address, etc. as they have different addresses for regular and overnight mail.

The toll free telephone lines to our Eligibility Center in Winston-Salem (1-888-244-6711) has been included in our National Automated Response System. Accordingly, callers are now provided a menu of information regarding the guaranteed home loan program and may exercise options from that menu which allow them to speak to VA Eligibility Personnel. Currently, the most direct route through the menu for those program participants who wish to speak to Eligibility personnel includes menu selections in the following order:
