Everything went find. I realized my question was moot, since we are
taking money out of the house and not refinancing an existing
mortgage. I filled out wire xfr instructions which you should receive
with the docs. I was under the impression you would receive docs
today since there was plenty of time to meet any fedx cutoff. Thanx for
handling everything so efficiently. I did forget my hand would go
into a sling, having to sign as my husband's agent. I have done this
before--traveling is a wonderful way to avoid these signings.

Everything was fine except for the funds not getting there on time. Fortunately , the relo rep is a patient and let us take the keys anyway. Thanks for all the help. You made it painless plus saved us alot on closing costs. Who knew origination fees varied so much?

I am so glad it is all over and we are now able to get in well before Christmas. We painted until 12:30 this morning and will be moving everything in on Friday.

Thanks for checking in. Things went pretty well. There was a type-o on the pre-payment penalty that was fixed and resent to make it "soft" instead of "hard". The settlement attorney also gave me a discount for the title insurance being an owner's policy. The settlement firm was really good. I would use them again. I would also use your company again too. Thanks for all your help.
